- Planned and delivered a multi-year, large scale cloud technology project applications into Azure cloud - IaaS and PaaS, to deliver savings of  more than $1.5 million per year on year

- Lead a core team of 13 comprising of  a Solution Architect, BA .NET Devs,  and Testers including an extended team of 17 project team members to include Application SMEs and infrastructure vendors

- Employed a  hybrid project delivery method, to include both an Agile and Waterfall framework to achieve milestones to remediate 132 legacy  on-prem servers  and modernise 45 applications 

- Managed complex technical solutions with adherence to High Level Solution Design (HLSA) using Azure Data factory and Azure Data Explorer

Align technology and innovation to the ambitious target to attain the Platinum WELL Standards - only achieved by few around the world.

 
My Role in Solution Formation

- Worked with multiple external vendors and partners to find a digital solution to reduce cognitive load on staff, yet practical and relevant at the same time.

- Planned and managed the Product life cycle in introducing a new app and growing initial staff engagement

- Defined and prioritised the product features and requirements based on user feedback, market research and business objectives

- Managed the product development process from ideation to launch and beyond

2. A total on 10 different services is provided via the app for staff and their immediate families

INNOVATIVE PARCEL DELIVERY SYSTEM - TOLL PRIORITY

Wasted effort, time and cost with multiple attempts to redeliver B2C customer parcels across Australia.

 
My Role in Solution Formation

- Influenced management decision and partnered to provide key input to the feasibility study in designing an innovative B2C on-line parcel-delivery portal

- Providing key business recommendations for High-Level Solution Design

- Planned and managed the full  Software Development  Life Cycle (SDLC) from planning, analysis, design to development, testing and deployment. 

- Partnered with remote teams, stakeholders and technical experts to formulate and manage work packages

- Proficiently used a combination of Waterfall, Prototyping and Agile methodology for developing the end-solution

- Methodically coordinated User Testing to deliver pre & post-Go Live stages

The Results

1. Improved customer satisfaction and reduced customer call times by 65%

My Role in Solution Formation

- Enhanced and implemented a new online safety induction module to relate to the Contractor's specific work and activities in-lieu of the generic contractor induction modules eg: Safety Induction for Working with Heights 

- Significantly improved the Contractor Pre-Qualification Process to incorporate and capture  Contractor Safety Work practices at the pre-qualification stage in SitePass instead of the on-site verification.

- Streamlined key business processes  in Contractor Management System minimum requirements Standards and Incident Management Procedures

- Increased Contractor registration in SitePass by enabling clarity in Contractor and Sub-Contractor system alignment and association

 

The Results

1. Streamlined the use of Contractor Safety Management System - Sitepass and increased the uptake of SitePass registrations by contractors

2. Enhanced and contributed to the  revised more than 30 OH&S and Contractor safety processes 

COMPLIANCE TO NATIONAL CONSUMER CREDIT CODE (NCC) COMPLIANCE ACT 2009

Business Problem

Requirement to facilitate business compliance to administer National Credit Code (NCC) by ASIC. 

My Role in Solution Formation

- Enhanced compliance in assessing the gap between the current system - Uniform Consumer Credit Code (UCCC)  and the NCC system requirements to comply with ASIC's legal requirement

- Expertly documented system requirements to calculate and include the new Comparison Rate % according to the NCC schedule

- Prepared Test cases using JIRA and assisted with SIT and UAT

- Coordinated Change Management (as part of ITIL) with relevant RFCs

- Liaised with technical teams to ensure the successful implementation of change and assisted with system implementation.
