My Role in Solution Formation
- Worked with multiple external vendors and partners to find a digital solution to reduce cognitive load on staff, yet practical and relevant at the same time.
- Planned and managed the Product life cycle in introducing a new app and growing initial staff engagement

- Enhanced compliance in assessing the gap between the current system - Uniform Consumer Credit Code (UCCC) and the NCC system requirements to comply with ASIC's legal requirement
- Expertly documented system requirements to calculate and include the new Comparison Rate % according to the NCC schedule
- Prepared Test cases using JIRA and assisted with SIT and UAT
- Coordinated Change Management (as part of ITIL) with relevant RFCs
- Liaised with technical teams to ensure the successful implementation of change and assisted with system implementation.
